A B2B Saas platform designed from the ground up

Route Ops is a B2B SaaS platform I’ve designed from the ground up as the sole product designer at Vast, a technology company built to modernize field service operations for a state-wide gaming terminal network. I created the platform’s design system from scratch in Figma — establishing the visual language, component library, and interaction patterns used consistently across both the mobile and desktop applications.

The platform replaces a patchwork of manual processes and third-party tools (including HubSpot and Monday.com) with a single, purpose-built system spanning service ticket management, automated route optimization for field technicians, cash ledger and vault reconciliation, role-based dashboards, time tracking, marketing campaign management, and an AI-powered reporting assistant.

Route Ops is an active, evolving project — I continue to lead design across new and existing modules, working closely with the product manager, developers and end users to refine the experience as the platform grows.
