Tality Events

A clean, approachable website highlighting Tality Events’ global services

Overview

Tality Events is a full-service event planning agency with more than three decades of experience creating incentive trips, corporate retreats, conferences, and custom à la carte experiences for clients around the globe. Before this project, they were part of our parent company without a brand of their own; however, they were able to secure the support to be a standalone agency which allows them to pursue work outside of the parent company. They needed a website that could match the sophistication and polish of their work—something that would feel high-end yet approachable, easy to navigate, and built to inspire action.

Challenge

The brand identity was created by our graphic design team, and I was tasked to bring it all together in a way that told a visual story and created a seamless experience for potential clients. The challenge was to capture the aspirational, global nature of their events (as well as the quirky design requests from the clients) while ensuring the site architecture remained simple and intuitive. Since they were such a new agency, they weren’t sure what information they wanted to provide; meaning I needed to come up with a design that showcased content that didn’t exist.

Approach

I started by leaning into their visual identity—elegant typography and large-format photography that instantly communicates scale and luxury. I designed a homepage that greets visitors with bold imagery and a concise headline, followed by neatly structured sections for each service category. The “How It Works” process was distilled into a clean, four-step timeline, making it easy to understand the journey from the initial call to on-site execution. A past events gallery became an interactive showcase, allowing users to quickly explore real-world examples of Tality’s work in destinations like Greece, Great Britain, and Hawaii.

Subtle scroll animations and carefully placed parallax effects gave the site a sense of movement without overwhelming the content. Conversion points were built into the experience from the start—persistent “Get a Quote” buttons, a streamlined contact form with inline validation, and conditional fields that adapted to the user’s intent. On the technical side, I designed and developed reusable UI components so that adding future services or event showcases would be quick and painless. Images were optimized and lazy-loaded to keep performance high, and analytics were integrated to track engagement patterns and identify where users were most likely to take action.

Outcome

The result is a website that feels both elevated and effortless. Visitors can explore services, understand the planning process, and browse event highlights without friction, all while being gently guided toward contacting the team. The modular build ensures the site can evolve alongside Tality’s offerings, and the polished UI reinforces their position as a premium player in the event planning space.
